10 cans of pork & beans
2 onions, sliced
pepper, to taste
brown sugar, enough to cover each layer
white sugar, dusting on each layer
bacon strips (slightly cooked, but not crumbly)

Directions:
Layer ingredients...I normally make 3-5 layers. Cover and bake @ 300 for about 5 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 20.
