1 stick of butter
8 (oz) cream cheese
8 (oz) Sour cream
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
milk
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with most of peeling on them until done, Drain off water and mash. Add (while hot)
butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste). After mixing the above ingredients add: sour cream and enough milk for consistency. Mix cheddar cheese in casserole and sprinkle on top. Bake until crusty brown on top.
