8 medium potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Salad Dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, peel and cube them. Add celery and red onion. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, and water. Combine potatoes and dressing mixture and chill.
