2 tbsp sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup water
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 pkg. yellow or butter cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Using a bundt pan, thoroughly spray with Pam and sprinkle 2 tbsp. sugar in pan, spreading evenly and tap out extra. Mix the 4 eggs together and slightly beat. Add sour cream, water and margarine and mix really good. Add cake mix and instant pudding. Mix really, really good. Pour thick batter into bundt pan and tap on counter to remove air. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
