4 oz. green beans, steamed to soft
1 1/2 c. sliced onions, sautéed in 1 T. oil
2 hard cooked egg whites (or one whole)
1 c. toasted walnuts
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Process all the ingredients to a pâté like consistency. Season to taste.
Serve on crackers or with veggies.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
