1 lb hamburger
1 large green pepper diced
1/2 small onion diced
2 stalks of cerely diced
2 shakes garlic powder
1 egg
italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Take all the ingredients above and mix in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 covered for 1 hour, remove cover and let meat brown on the outside for about 20 - 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese if you prefer.
