1 (19-oz.) pkg. Frozen Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Assorted cup-up fresh vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes as directed on package. Place potatoes in medium bowl; let stand 10 to 15 minutes or until slightlyu cooled.

Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sour cream , bouillon and garlic; beat until smooth.

Mash potatoes with potato masher until slightly smooth. Add to sour cream mixture; beat on medium speed until well combined. Fold in parsley. Serve with assorted vegetables. Store dip in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
