1 pkg. ramen noodles, crushed
1/2 cup almonds, crushed
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. romaine lettuce
1 head broccoli
1 bunch green onion
2 T soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and add crushed ramen noodles and almonds. Brown ramen noodles and almonds and set aside.In salad bowl, mix lettuce, chopped green onion, and chopped broccoli.

Dressing: mix soy sauce, sugar, oil and red wine vinegar. mix well.

Top salad mixture with crunchy topping and allow guests to add dressing.

This is a recipe that I am always asked to bring to family gatherings. I got this recipe from a neighbor when my family lived in Mt Juliet. It has always been a favorite! Enjoy!!!
