1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp.vanilla
5-6 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Cream together first 4 ingredients, than stir in the baking powder, lemon extract, and vanilla. Add in flour one cup at a time, may have to add one additional cup if it still looks too wet.
You want the dough a little sticky yet because it has to be refrigerated. Refrigerate for an hour. Roll out to 1/8 inch or thicker on floured surface. Cut out in desired shapes, Bake on cookie sheets 8-10 minutes. Watch closely; done when bottoms are browned.
