4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 3 ingredients together, Cut in shortening. Beat egg in separate bowl, add vinegar and water to egg; Gradually add to the flour mixture. Roll out. Makes 4 shells ( 2 double crusts )
