3 T margarine 1 10 oz pkg marshmallows (40 regular) or 4 cups mini marshmallows 6 cups Rice Krispies Vegetable cooking spray
Melt margarine in large sauce pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir wuntil completely melted. Remove from heat. Add rice krispies and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper press mixture evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2 x 2 inch squares when cool.
Every kids favorite. And I hate it when can't find this recipe. So here it is in Mom's cook book.
