15 Roma tomatoes, or 7 vine ripened tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. fresh mozzarella cheese balls
1/3 cup slivered basil leaves
1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf Italian parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into quarters and then cut each quarter into 3 pieces. Cut each mozzarella cheese ball into quarters. Combine tomatoes, cheese, slivered basil and parsley in a bowl and mix gently.

Add Italian Dressing to the tomato mixture and toss to coat well. chill, covered until serving time.
