3 lbs of chicken
2 packages of frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup of mayonaise
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 box stove top stuffing
1/2 stick butter (melted)
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until done and tear into pieces.Place in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and cut into small pieces. Mix soup, milk, mayo, and cheese together and then add the broccoli. Spread the mixture over the chicken. Mix the stuffing with the 2 cups of chicken broth and butter and cook until the liquid is soaked up. Spread the stuffing on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

Bake until stuffing is golden brown. Do not over bake, it will dry the casserole out.
