Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on box. In separate bowl add all dry ingredients mustard, flour, mix together. In a sauce pan add milk, butter, your dry ingredients and cheese. Heat the milk slowly to a boil but continue stirring constantly. When sauce becomes thick enough or consistency you like pour it over your macaroni in a baking dish. Then add bread crumbs for the topping. (hint add a thin layer so it becomes crunchy when browned). When serving top with stewed tomatoes or ketchup, or plain if you prefer. Bake around 25 minutes at 375, ovens may vary.

Personal Notes:
This has been my favorite since I was a small child. You can also alternate and use other cheese if you prefer.
