2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. Hershey's bar
3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugars. add eggs and vanilla; set aside. In a separate bowl, measure out flour and oatmeal. Begin putting small amounts in blender until mixture turns to poser. Add salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix all of the ingredients together and add the chocolate chips, Hershey's bar (grated) and chopped nuts (any kind). Place golf ball size cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
