1 pound smoked sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg sub buns
3 Tbsp margarine or olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onion and pepper into strips. Cut the smoked sausage into 1/4 inch rounds. Heat the margarine or oil and saute the onions, green peppers, mushrooms and sausage until tender.
Serve on the sub buns, adding mustard and catsup as desired.
