1 (20 oz) frozen Broccoli or raw
1 onion; chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 oz) cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
3 cups cubed ham
2 cups instant rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli to package directions or until done. If using fresh broccoli cook until almost tender.
In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender-Not brown.
In large oven proof dish mix together both soups, milk, cheese, add broccoli, onion, ham, and uncooked rice . Mix well.
Bake covered at 350 till rice is done.
