1 cup Miracle Whip©
1/4 cup sweet or dill pickle relish
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. diced pimiento (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well in small bowl; chill about 1-2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks covered.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.

I use the pimientos if I have them on hand, but if not it taste good either way.
