1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion;or 2 tbsp. Onion Onion©
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
several dashes hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer UNCOVERED for 10-15 minutes. Brush onto your favorite meats during last 10-15 minutes of cooking time, and serve any remaining sauce with your meal.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
