3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
Gradually stir in milk; pour into unbaked crust.
Pre heat oven to 425, Bake for 15 minutes, than reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 40-50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. cool for 2 hours and serve; store in refrigerator.
