1 stick margarine
2 cans corn (1 whole kernel (drained) & 1 creamed)
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, stir in eggs, sour cream & corn. Add Jiffy mix and stir. Pour into 8x11 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
