4 beaten egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 T. light rum
2 T bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla
Ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, milk, and sugar in a large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat, until mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Place the pan in a bowl of ice water and stir until cool. Stir in whipping cream, rum, bourbon, and vanilla. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
