4-6 generous size chicken breasts
1 can slice mushrooms (drained)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can sherry
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in bowl until blended. Put chicken in shallow baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. May want to cover last 30-45 minutes. Check to make sure not burning and baste often.

Very rich. Serve with cooked rice. Soup mixture makes gravy. Also good with asparagus, fruit salad and biscuits.
