1 can (1 pound) salmon.
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced.
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp margarine
2 medium onions, chopped fine
3 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp pepper
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put water and salt in saucepan and bring to a boil; add potatoes and cook until tender.
Melt margarine in a large pan, add onion, and cook until transparent. Stir in flour and pepper. Add potatoes and salted water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove skin and bones from salmon. Break into pieces and add to pot. Stir in milk. Heat just to boiling and serve.
