2 T. melted butter
2 T. flour
2 T.- 1/4 c. chopped, fine onion
2 c chicken broth
1 c milk
chopped vegetables (summer squash, zucchini, spinach, carrots)
herbs, basil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour into melted butter. Slowly add chicken broth. Add vegetables, herbs, onions and salt and pepper.

Cook until vegetables are soft. Puree.

Add 1 c milk before serving.
