2 cups GF Flour Mix
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons shortening
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the shortening into the dry ingredients. Add warm water till dough is smooth and sort of makes a manageable ball. Make into balls and roll between 2 sheets of release foil. Cook on griddle.

Yeah! Here is one that tastes great and is great later too!! I used 1 cup of masa (corn flour) and a cup of four flour blend. I also used Crisco butter shortening. These handle just like wheat tortillas when you roll them out.
