2 chickens; legs, thighs & breasts
1/4 cup flour
1 & 1/4 tea. salt

2 Tbl. oil
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
3 Tbl. brown sugar
3 Tbl. ketchup
1 Tbl. vinegar

Dredge chicken parts in flour, salt mixture/
Brown on all sides in oil and place either in slo cooker or baking dish/
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken/
Slo cook 3 to 4 hours or bake in oven 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
If sauce requires thickening remove chicken from pan, set aside/
Blend 2 Tbl. water with 2 Tbl. cornstarch and stir into liquid and cook and stir till bubbly.
Return chicken to pan or cooker, spoon sauce over and serve over rice or noodles.

If you want to make this by adding pineapple chunks and tomatoes at end to warm through it will work very well.
Green or red peppers would work too but I NEVER use them in anything but you may. Enjoy !
