1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped

1 package taco seasoning
1 can corn- drained
1 can black beans- drained
1 can kidney beans- drained
1 can diced tomatoes or fresh
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup low sodium V-8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in frying pan. Then add all other ingredients. Mix and let simmer. Serve with corn chips, grated cheese and sour cream.
