1 head of red leaf lettuce
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 can very young small sweet peas (drained)
1 jar of real bacon bits or pieces
8 oz. Swiss cheese grated
1 pckg. slivered almonds
Dressing:
2/3 C sugar
1-1/2 tsp. mustard powder
1 C light olive oil
1/3 C red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the salad ingredients except for the bacon bits & cheese.
Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad just before serving & top with the bacon bits & cheese
