1 C flour
1 T sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 C. buttermilk
1 beaten egg
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients (wet) and add to dry ingredients, stirring until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Bake on hot greased griddle until bubbles appear on top. Then flip.
