2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. chopped onions
1/4 C. melted margarine
1/4 t. salt & pepper
1 32oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 C. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine all ingredients, except crushed cornflakes. Stir well and turn into a buttered 13x11 glass baking dish. Cover the top with crushed cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 8-10.
