2 pound rolled rib roast-No Bone
1/4 cup flour
2 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp Garlic Garlic©

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º, place roast in roasting pan and into oven for 15-20 minutes.
Reduce oven temp. to 400º. Continue roasting for about 20 more minutes per pound for medium. Remove from oven; Place on serving platter. Keep warm. Blend flour into pan juices. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to loosen brown bits. Gradually stir in water, Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continually, until mixture becomes a boil. Add seasonings. Slice roast and serve with pan gravy.

If some people like their prime rib done more than others you can fry slightly in frying pan with little butter, until you reach their likeness.
