1/4 c oil from pan fry or roast
1/4 c Wondra flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 - 2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Save 2 T - 1/c oil from roasting pan or pan fry. Mix with equal part Wondra flour. Mix well.

Slowly add milk and stir in with spatula, while at same time getting brownings up from pan. Stir until thickens. Add more milk to thin, more flour to thicken.

Salt and pepper to taste.

If adding additional flour, put in small jar with equal amount of liquid. Shake well and slowlly stir into mixture.
