4- 5 large potatoes, boiled and drained
1 1/2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350, Add cream cheese and sour cream to sauce pan, whip potatoes with wire whisk until well mixed. Mix in rest of seasonings.
Spoon into greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, sprinkle with chives and serve.
