4c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4c. sugar
1c. butter, melted
3 1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2can (12oz) each frozen orange juice concentrate thawed.

1. In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Set aside 2c. for topping.
2. Press remaining mixture into greased 15x10 inch pan. Cover and freeze for at least 10mins.
3. In large bowl, combine ice cream and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Spoon over crusts (pans will be full). Freeze 10 minutes or until partially firm.
4. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; gently press down. Cover and freeze for up to 2 hours. Remove from freezer 15mins. before serving
