cup all purpose flour
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
8 chicken legs (separated into thigh and drumsticks remove skin if desired)
2 red onions sliced
6 cloves of garlic halved
19 ounce can chopped tomatoes
2 ounce can of anchovy filets (I skip these)
3 tbsp of sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup drained capers
cup pitted black olives

Directions:
Directions:
In a Ziploc bag combine first 3 ingredients. Add chicken to bag in batches and toss to coat. Place in slow cooker. Add everything but the capers and olives. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until juices run clear when pierced with fork. If desired, add olives and capers and let them heat up for 10 minutes before serving.
