1 tsp. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 C. CRUSHED PECANS
1/4 tsp. ACCENT
3 CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS, TOPS AND ALL
1 JAR DRIED BEEF, FLUFF IN FOOD PROCESSOR, SAVE SOME FOR TOP (ABOUT 1/3 OF IT)

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL, ROLL INTO BALL SHAPE WITH WAX PAPER. ROLL IN DRIED BEEF THAT WAS SET ASIDE. WRAP AND STORE IN REFRIGERATOR. MAKE 2-3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
