Place roast, onions, baked beans, and BBQ sauce in 4 quart slowcooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Remove beef from cooker, and shred on cutting board. After shredded place bake into crockpot and stir with beans and BBQ juices. Serve on rolls, recommended to top with coleslaw. It's good with or with out the coleslaw. Makes 12 sandwiches
