Guacamole Bowl Recipe

Baked tortilla bowl (or 1 large flour tortilla)
2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 chopped small tomato (about 1/4 cup)
1 lime
1 tbsp fresh snipped cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
tortilla chips

If you do not have a premade tortilla bowl, put a large tortilla into a round baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray and bake @ 400 for 6-8 mins. or till edges are lightly browned. Set aside.
Add mashed avocado, onion, tomato in bowl; MIX, add 1 tsp. of lime juice, cilantro, sour cream, and salt and garlic to avocado mixture; MIX WELL.
Scoop into baked tortilla shell and serve on platter with tortilla chips.
