2 cups apricot preserves
2/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 packages cocktail franks (16 oz each)
1 (16oz) can chunked pineapple
2 large red apples cut into chunks
2 (11 oz )cans mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine preserves, lemon juice, cornstarch, & cinnamon in saucepan; mix well. Cook till thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cocktail franks and pineapples, Cook till heated through.
Add apples and oranges. Pour into crockpot, or serving dish. Serve warm.

I tripled this recipes and served it in my large crockpot for our last football party. It was a hit! Sounded iffy @ first, but turned out great!
