1/2c butter
1/2 tsp Almond extract
2c/ flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1c. crushed strawberries (100 oz.) pkg.
1c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add dry ingredients to a creamy mix
2. Sit in strawberries
3. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture
4. Cook in a 9x5 inch loaf pan or 2-3 small disposable loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins, until done in the center.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool and chill. Best served fresh.
