1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic glove, or 1/2 tbsp. Garlic Garlic©
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash salt
1 1/4 cup milk
3-4 medium potatoes pealed and sliced
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour pepper and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
Grease 2 quart baking pan, add half of the sliced potatoes, and half of sauce, repeat with remainder of potatoes and sauce.
BAKE, covered in a 350º oven for 40 mins. Uncover and bake another 30 mins. or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4-6 servings
