3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro fresh

1. In a blender puree peanut butter and garlic.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process on high.
3. Use 6 inch wooden sticks with chicken/pork kebabs or veggie chunks marinated and barbecued in soy sauce to dip into peanut sauce.
