3 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream (low fat)
2 lb. cheddar and jack cheese mixed
2 cooked/diced chicken breast or 3 cans pre-cooked chicken in a can
2 doz. flour/corn tortillas
1 small can diced chilis (optional)
1 small onion, minced
1 small can minced, olives
serve with salsa verde sauce (green)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and cook over medium heat.
2. Layer dry ingredients in a casserole dish and pour wet ingredients from sauce pan over it.
3. Create 3-5 layers depending on the size of your casserole dish (13x9 inch).
4. Bake 45 mins. at 350 degrees.
Serve with Salsa Verde.

I first ate this casserole when my neighbor in Canyon Lake brought me a dish three days after I got home from the hospital with Brodee. They are really rich, salsa verde helps dilute the richness. They can be made ahead of time and frozen until served.
