3 eggs
1/3c. water
1 small finely chopped onion
2c. soft bread crumbs (herb and garlic)
2c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 cloves or garlic, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper, dried oregano, dried basil crushed
3 lbs. ground beef or turkey

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onions, bread crumbs, 1c. Parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasoning mix.
2. Crumble beef/turkey over mixture and mix well.
3. Shape into balls and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain on a paper towel and add to sauce.
4. Let simmer on low in a crock pot until ready to serve.
