1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte whole potatoes drained and cubed
1/4c. thinly sliced celery
1/4c. green onions
2 tsp. dill weed
1/4c. bacon bits
1/4c. mayo (light)
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4c. shredded carrots

1. combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, bacon bits in a large bowl.
2. Blend mayo, mustard, and dill weed separately and then add to original mixture.
3. Chill for 1 hour before serving
