2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Dried Oregano leaf, crushed
1 tbsp. Dried Thyme, crushed

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight jar/ container.

2. Sprinkle a pinch or two over meat and barbecue, broil to desired finish.
