3# Venison meat cut into 3/8 inch strips
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tsp. Accent
2 Tsp. seasoned Salt
2/3 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. Onion Powder
2/3 Tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Soak meat in mixture overnight. Make sure meat is submerged in mixture. Lay strips of meat on oven rack. Cook 6 to 8 hours in 150 oven. Store jerky in airtight bags. It will keep for 2 years.
