3 ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 sm. yellow onion, thickly sliced
a dash of olive oil
2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 regular size pepper (red/green) diced
1/4 tsp. salt

1. Pre-heat grill to high
2. Drizzle tomatoes and onions with olive oil
3. Place on the grill until soft and brown
4. Remove from grill and chop (roughly)
5. Add the rest of the ingredients
6. Let sit 15mins. to marinade before serving
