Ham Bone with meat on it
3 # Potatoes
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Large stalk Celery, Chopped
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Beef Bouillons Cube
1 Pint Cream
1 Box Instant Potatoes
2 Bay leaves
3/4 Tbls. Garlic Powder
3/4 Tbls.. Season Salt
2 Tbls. Chives
1/8 Tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1/2# Butter

Boil 3 Quarts water with Ham bone, meat and bay leaves for 1 hour. The longer it boils the better. Take bones and meat out of stock. Dice meat and put back in stock. Add onion, celery and bouillon cubes. Cook until celery and onion are half done. Add diced potatoes. Cook until done. Thicken with instant potatoes. Add cream, garlic powder, season salt, chives and tabasco sauce. Top with butter and serve.

When I make this soup, I serve it with a hearty bread such as French or Italian. It is a very rich and filling soup. Enjoy
